Brother Lee James Matlock
Brother Lee James Matlock, age 51 of Stamps, Arkansas was born on Friday, March 14, 1969 to Floyd Matlock Sr. and Velma Lee Alfonzo Matlock. Lee proved to be a hardworking and fun-loving person throughout his journey. He worked as a carpenter for many years and loved pit bulls like no other.
He was also a phenomenal father and grandfather until the day he passed away. Lee departed this life on Friday, July 31, 2020. His memories and love will be cherished forevermore.
Brother Lee James Matlock is preceded in death by his father, Floyd Matlock Sr.; mother, Velma Lee Alfonzo Matlock; sisters, Virta Lee Newton, Esther Green, Minnie Johnson, Betty Matlock, and Bernice Taylor; brothers, Harold Matlock, Leroy Matlock, Earnest Lee Matlock, and Willie Lee Matlock; nieces, Velma Smith and Verta Boyd; and great-nephew, Michael Boyd.
Mr. Lee leaves to mourn his passing: daughter, Dionna Jacobs-Matlock; grandsons, Jamari Sharp and Marcurius Finley Jr. all of Hope, AR; sisters, Gloria Davis, Dorothy Matlock both of Stamps, AR and Rosie Matlock of Little Rock, AR; brother, Floyd Matlock Jr. of Boyd Hill, AR; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, close relatives and friends.
